Continued use of the Service by you will constitute your acceptance of any changes or revisions to the Agreement.

In no event shall Sacramento Attorney Search be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tortious action, arising out of or in connection with the performance or use of the Service, even if Sacramento Attorney Search has been advised of the possibility thereof.

By accepting this Agreement, you understand and agree that Sacramento Attorney Search may distribute your personal information, which you enter into data fields on the Service, to one or more Network Attorneys who market their services on the Service. To protect your privacy, you should not provide the Service with any information that you do not want shared with the Network Attorneys to whom your personal information may be sent.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Sacramento Attorney Search (including all affiliated companies, directors, officers, and employees) harmless from any loss, claim, demand, liability, damage, including attorneys fees and costs, made by any third party, including a Network Attorney, relating to or arising out of: Your use of the Service that is contrary to the provisions contained on the website, your breach of the Terms of Service, or disputes, interactions, or transactions between you and a Network Attorney

Proprietary Rights

The Service contains materials that are owned by Sacramento Attorney Search, including without limitation, logos, text, graphics, photos, and the Service's "look and feel" which are protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, or other intellectual property laws. Unless expressly authorized by Sacramento Attorney Search, you may not copy, reproduce, transmit, distribute, sell, modify or create derivative works of such materials.

Waiver and Release

You agree to waive and release any loss, claim, demand, liability, or damage against Sacramento Attorney Search (including all affiliated companies, directors, officers, and employees) relating to your interactions with a Network Attorney, or your use of the Service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is, available" basis. Sacramento Attorney Search does not make any warranties, express or implied, with respect to the Service. Sacramento Attorney Search makes no warranty, including, without limitation: That an attorney accessed from the Service is licensed to practice law in the respective jurisdiction, regarding the quality of the legal services obtained from an attorney accessed from the Service, that the Service will be without error, and that all information obtained from the Service is accurate.

General Provisions

This Agreement is governed by and shall be construed under the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflicts of law provisions. The parties agree that the state and federal courts sitting in California will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising out of this Agreement or the Service, and each party consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

Should any provision of this Agreement be held void, invalid, unenforceable or illegal by a court of law, the remaining provisions will remain valid and enforceable. Failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement will not constitute or be construed as a waiver of such provision or the right to enforce such provision.

Modifications and changes

Sacramento Attorney Search reserves the right to make changes to any information contained within the Services pages and to make improvements and/or changes to the Service at any time and without notice.
